Our portraits are designed to look exceptional in any lighting, but for the most dynamic and varied appearance we recommend hanging in a space where the light, natural or artifical, changes over the course of the day.
Shipping & Returns

Our products are made to order, so there is a lead time of up to a week before dispatch.
For addresses outside of the UK, please select the "No frame" and "No mount" options. We only ship unframed, unmounted artwork to other locations, as this minimises the shipping costs as well as the risk of damage. Please see the options at checkout for exact pricing. If your country is not listed, please contact us for a shipping quote.
We offer a refund on returns within 14 days. In the UK only, if the item is defective or damaged, we will cover the costs of return and / or replacement.
However, please be aware that we are a small business without the infrastructure of a large enterprise, and this means that receiving returns incurs us additional costs.
Because of this, if you are returning an item for reasons other than it being defective – e.g. simply changing your mind – you will be responsible for covering return postage and there will be a processing fee of £12 per parcel returned. This is to cover our additional costs and no more.
Since we only receive a very small number of requests for returns, we believe this is a fairer approach than increasing the prices of our products across the board to cover these costs.
